Experiment
Just tried to draw and ink on the Painter, then painted it cell style on Photoshop. Usually, I prefer softer edges so it got really annoying after awhile just using hard lines and edges. I think I prefer inking by hand, I like having the control and I'm not using my wrist so much.

For some reason I always shade everything but I like what I see of people doing cel shaded coloring but I just am not sure how to proceed. Any tips or tutorials you followed?
